The staff working behind the counter truly show their effort and passion for service. This is a place that deserves more attention! Easy takeout process as well (and they even have a phone app with deals on it).

This last time, I called and spoke to someone at 2:15pm on January 4th (I have his name in case the manager wants it) who was laughing as I let them know they forgot to include what I paid for. I was not asking for a refund, and was not asking for it to be brought to me, I was simply calling to let them know and when I asked to speak to a manager instead, the person on the phone continued to laugh and said there is none. I worked in customer service and food service, and this is highly unacceptable. When someone calls to let you know that your business has gotten an order wrong three times, you work to fix it, you don’t blatantly laugh, brush it off, then hang up. Mariachi definitely lost customers today.
