If you googled “iced green tea latte” - you would be directed to recipes for an “iced matcha latte” Finally someone suggested a matcha latte.. but the staff rolled their eyes and told him there is absolutely no green tea in matcha. Staff should know what they are serving- not only is the drink green and should’ve been the first suggestion when he made his request .. but matcha is a type of green tea- the best of green teas … higher in antioxidants and caffeine. They were annoyed with my husband because they wasted two drinks but they should know matcha is a green tea. They wasted their own time and product by not educating themselves on that they are selling. I wonder what they think matcha is. Very disappointed with the customer service
