  Almost every time I get a mobile order it’s wrong. It’s actually starting to get impressive how they can’t read a ticket. never have I had to start keeping track of when they messed up my order for a restaurant like I have for this McDonald’s I’m like actually fairly disappointed. I spent my money On food for it to be messed up half the time actually more than half the time the staff is great but when you’re in a rush to eat something and it’s the only thing around and they mess up your order half the time it’s pretty annoying especially when someone in the house has an Allium allergy. I hope something changes I really do cause I love how there’s a McDonald’s not even four or five minutes from my house, but I can’t keep going there if they keep messing up my order and I’m wasting my money.

  Customer service was non existent . It was an effort for the person taking my order to speak up. Just forget about waiting for a Thank You, Have a nice day, because that never happened. Handed me my bag and closed the window, and off she took. That was it.. Not Cool McDonalds , Not Cool at all !!!

  Made my husband wait in the car for the Quarter Pounder while the rest of the food got ice cold. Best part is when I went to bite into the Quarter Pounder it was raw. Not acceptable. So grossed out and annoyed. What was he waiting for if they didn’t even cook it?

  Muy buena comida, pero la orden no es lo que pides, siempre falta algo. Revisar su pedido antes de salir, el curside horrible siempre dicen que te entregaron y es mentira.
