  We decided to get burgers for lunch, never trying this yet. We had food for 5 grownups, wings, burgers, chicken tenders, fries,onion rings. The staff was extremely helpful and patient as we tried to decide what to get. We were able to split 15 wings into three groups of separated sauces, the onion rings were cooked perfect they did not pull out of breading and were crispy as were the fries. The burgers are not these large frozen burgers they are perfect size and cooked perfectly. Food only took 10min to cook and was 95$ for the entire order which I thought was going to be easy 150$. Absolutely thrilled that we finally have a good burger place in the area!!!!

  Stopped in for take out to eat in the car with my wife and 6 & 8 year old sons. First time ever at any Wsyback Burger, will be the last time ever!!! Nobody in the place. Waited forever for 3 $8.00 burger boxes. Even longer for 3 chocolate shakes. Gave my boys their shakes. Immediately they said these taste terrible!!! Then I tried mine. I couldn't even say what flavor it was. It was beyond horrible, disgusting, sickening tasting. Anyone that would have had more than a taste, likely would have become violently ill. The door to the establishment was locked, already. An employee was taking out the garbage out of a side door. We returned the 3 practically untouched disgusting shakes to her. She asked my 8 year old if we wanted her to make new shakes. He said no on my authority. We sure couldn't handle 3 remade shakes that had the possibility of be disgusting like the first 3. Never offered to refund, the just shy of $20.00 that I paid for them. So now out of principle of how to take care of your customers, when there is a very distinct problem, Wayback Burger leaves me no other choice but to dispute the charge. Took my boys for real chocolate shakes at Baskin and Robin's to get the taste of the Wayback Berger shakes out of our mouth and minds!!!

  Im not a fan of chain reviews but this needed one. Start off with place being spotless and in order. Tells me they care. Next you are greeted by someone at the counter to help you. Its all ordering in computer. Got a burger fries and drink. Bit expensive for fast food but the quality is high. The burger tasted like it was hand made. Delicious burger. Fries remind my of the burger king fries but way better. Most definitely be back to try the pizza

  Horrible service, takes hours to get your food, just for it to be a little messy, which I don’t have a problem with how it looks, but they are very understaffed and you can order only 1 thing and it will take hours

  The cashier was lovely and the food was great. The one thing I’d love to know is why that manager has a job. Literally no customer service skills!! Look at your cameras around 12:45 pm today. What a mess!
