  They forgot to give me a whole meal and when I called about it, the Manager Cesar told me to come back and ask for it. When I came back I was told I have to file dispute with my bank.

  The restaurant is undergoing many new changes, most of the employees do all they can to satisfy the customers, and they also need to work as a team, because "Together, everyone achieves more..." however, the customers should be grateful that the employees take their time to listen to their orders, because it is not easy dealing with fast food services, I also think they are currently under new management as well, plus I think the new manager should help the employees as well in serving orders, it's a pretty good restaurant, so it's recommended if you are near the area...

  This is the worst location and some of the worst managers are in this location, I don't understand what kind of training they got, like not to co-operate or listen to customers. If something wrong with the food or if we have to replace something because sometimes they make the food or ingredients which we don't even add or ordered, they don't want to replace, instead they prefer argue with the customers ruining Taco Bells good reputation. Taco bell has to take this matter seriously and take some action as some managers and staff members in this location specifically, are messing up everything because neither some staff members nor some managers want to listen or cooperate with customers just always ready to argue with no politeness, non-cooperative behaviour, rudest and worst staff ever.

  This is the first time I'm leaving a review but the THIRD time in a row that i paid for extra nacho cheese and extra steak in my crunchwraps and not getting them. Thats extra 4$ spent for nothing for the 3rd time

  I walked in to pick up my order to find an employee fighting with what appeared to be the manager at the counter. My food was taking forever so I asked for help. The employee prepping the food rudely barked at the counter worker who asked how much longer for my order. Although I received a notification was order was ready, I waited for an additional 18 minutes before I was served. So disappointing to order food only to be faced with poor service and then food not prepared as ordered. Paid extra for pico and got barely any. I’d rather drive further for better service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
