My buddy also got a milkshake which was 90% and 10% ice cream. Do not recommend.

After waiting almost 25 minutes online the guy in front of us who didnt even order yet had to leave. Then the person who was ordering coffee i have ordered myself many times said he couldnt make the coffee becuse it "couldn't be done" ......we waited another 5 minutes to pay . We finished our ice cream already and the one to-go was melted NEVER AGAIN. No apologie just smiling telling me how much it would be...i didnt want to wait anyonger so said i will pay for everything . He only chared for my stuff then was looking at me like why arent you leaving...I SAID CHARGE EVERYTHING!!!! . THE INCOMPETENCE IS UNMATCHED!!!! Come here if you want to wait forever and pay for it

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
