On top of the fact that I was very clear about my order and the person receiving the order didn’t understand it, she went on talking Spanish to the cook saying I changed the order. She assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and I could hear the cook in the back going off becuase he was mad that I asked her to get the missing items from my order. In Spanish I went on to tell her I had said this from the beginning and when she realized I spoke Spanish she corrected herself and said she couldn’t hear me too well and that’s why she messed it up. Never have I gone to this place and felt like the staff was respectful and welcoming. Absolutely horrible and it sucks that it is the only Taco Bell near my job because I have never gone and had a good experience.

The people are so polite that worked there 💛The only problem is sometimes they get my order wrong or I’m giving the wrong one by mistake. I don’t like that sometimes they don’t have certain things available but it’s expected it. It’s a beautiful atmosphere.
