  I just went to this branch and the manager refused to take my order at the counter. She told me to use the self-service screens, even though there was no one else in line and she wasn't busy. She was in a terrible mood. They should reprimand her or, better yet, replace her. What would it have cost her to take my order? I was already standing right in front of her. She spoke to me rudely, and I left the branch and went to the one on Broad Street in Elizabeth, NJ. Why would I stay there if she's going to be so unpleasant? They need to replace her because the next time I go, I'll ask to speak to someone above her. If she doesn't want to work, she should go home or find another job... Several employees were just standing around doing nothing, chatting. I didn't catch the girl's name, but she's the manager of the group. Everything is great at this branch, but that woman came and ruined the moment by telling people to do things as if she were the owner of the branch.

  My co worker ordered during our lunch break. The food came fast however everything was super cold and there were No utensils, straw, napkins nor were there any condiments. This was my first time eating McDonald in over 12 years. The fries were cold and dry and the fish sandwich was cold. I probably won’t ever eat Mc Donald’s again.

  La compra fue por la noche, lo pedí en línea pero no estaba listo, la atención de la cajera fue muy amable y me ayudó, el ambiente un poco apagado, pero imagino que era por la hora nocturna.
