There was one tall, dark skin guy working both the register and orders. All the sudden 2 Indian guys come from the back and start working. This is NOT the first time, this Dunkin is always short staff and takes long for everything. The customer service is worst cause they don’t apologize or care. This needs to be either corrected or closed down.

She’s so rude, idk why I came after my first encounter with her and she told me “next time you pay, we don’t give free food” after using my reward points that I got after spending money here everyday. Then I used an offer for donuts and she started a whole war with my fiance telling him she couldn’t give him the order because she doesn’t give out free things. How is it free when we are using offers and rewards on the app… she’s always threatening to call the cops when she’s the one who’s always in the wrong and the rest of the reviews on here backs me up all the way. She even used her bare hands to handle food after using the cash register.
