    I am writing to report an issue that occurred at the Elmore Dunkin’ Donuts location involving the manager on duty, Elizabeth. When I attempted to purchase a $2.69 doughnut, the store’s system went down. Although my credit card transaction was processed successfully—and I showed the manager the proof of payment on my device—she refused to provide the item because she was unable to print a receipt on her end. Despite presenting clear evidence that the payment had gone through, I was charged a second time for the same item. This interaction was handled in an unprofessional manner, and I found the experience extremely disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that the duplicate charge be addressed accordingly.

    Worst customer service, didn’t allow me to use my points, and claimed that this particular dunkin doesn’t participate with points given on the app, the lady in the cashier should just get fired since clearly she doesn’t want to do her job
