When I decided to use my reward points, the female employee at the front register became extremely rude and disrespectful. She raised her voice at me and said she would not be giving me any more “free” items, as if I was begging for handouts instead of using rewards I earned. I was treated unfairly in front of other customers. This wasn’t an isolated incident either!! every time I’ve been here, she is consistently rude to customers. Customer service clearly does not matter at this Dunkin!! Do not spend your money here if you expect basic respect.

I informed management and apparently they said “can’t do that right now.” I work in a corporate cafe shop and that’s honestly freaking disgusting to hear as a customer. I would give this a 0 star review but ima be nice and give a 2 since the food service was great. :/

When I attempted to purchase a $2.69 doughnut, the store’s system went down. Although my credit card transaction was processed successfully—and I showed the manager the proof of payment on my device—she refused to provide the item because she was unable to print a receipt on her end. Despite presenting clear evidence that the payment had gone through, I was charged a second time for the same item. This interaction was handled in an unprofessional manner, and I found the experience extremely disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that the duplicate charge be addressed accordingly.
