- AJAna JimenezFeb 21, 20261.0This is, without a doubt, the worst DD location I’ve ever visited. The quality of the food and drinks is completely inconsistent with the brand’s. I’m not sure if there’s a training issue or a lack of attention to detail, but it’s nearly impossible to get a coffee that actually matches what you ordered or even tastes good. This isn’t based on a one-time experience, I’ve been coming here for years simply because it’s close by, and unfortunately the issues have been ongoing. The employees are pleasant and polite, which I appreciate, but the overall quality just isn’t there. It’s honestly not worth the frustration. I would recommend going to a different location and saving yourself the disappointment.

I was ordering and “sweetie” if that’s even her real name tried to rush me through my order when you order a coffee there are modifications that ppl like. I said dang you don’t even know how I want my coffee and proceeds to say “cream and sugar” yes but hold on a second. I get to the window and ask for an empty cup, mind you I got an iced cofeee and regular hot cofeee, what’s an empty cup going to do? So she proceeds to say .60 I have no problem paying but the customer service was disgusting I asked for her name and manager she ignored me then asked why, her coworkers had to tell her “give it to her” I said because yk your wrong.. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Anyways, I absolutely Love this Dunkin in particular because of the service!!! This is the only Dunkin that I've patronized that you can actually appreciate the sincerity in their disappointment when they don't have an item you ordered or want! Their customer service is top tier and the quality or care that they put in the accuracy of your order is unmatched. Presentation is important and they follow through every time!
