Anyways, I absolutely Love this Dunkin in particular because of the service!!! This is the only Dunkin that I've patronized that you can actually appreciate the sincerity in their disappointment when they don't have an item you ordered or want! Their customer service is top tier and the quality or care that they put in the accuracy of your order is unmatched. Presentation is important and they follow through every time!

When I got my drink, it tasted terrible, no caramel, no sugar, nothing. I went inside to ask what happened, and the same girl told me she forgot to add both the sugar and the caramel. This is unacceptable. If you’re working in customer service, especially at a drive-thru, you should speak clearly and pay attention to the order. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the drink.
