My only complaint is that when I got to my destination and opened the box, I found that my bread had 1 jalapeño slice and no bacon. The fact that there was 1 jalapeño tells me that the correct order went through, but for some reason my order was incomplete.

- AOArinze OkekeDec 9, 20251.0I ordered for Car side delivery, the app said my food was ready, I arrived and selected I arrived in the app. Nobody came out. I went into the store. They made eye contact with me several times and just ignored me as if I was standing there for my own personal enjoyment. I had to yell into the back that I was there for pick up. And they asked if I was sure I had the right place. I had to show them my app and they said my food wasn’t ready. After having to wait longer I eventually got my food. The bare minimum is to ask guests what they are there for then they enter the store. Don’t just keep moving about and pretend you don’t see them.
