  Anyone leaving a bad review on here must have caught them on a very bad day, I've always found this crew to be some of the most professional and kind people. Been living up the street from them pretty much my entire life, and now I go there to get my coffee and they recognize me and know my order, I almost don't even have to ask anymore, I'll get smiley faces on my cup, people come to say hello to me, it feels like a Small Town coffee shop even though it's a big chain name, some of those employees have been there forever, and their experience shows through their professionalism and order accuracy. If something isn't right they will fix it immediately, and I've never gotten a huff a puff or a side eye from any of them, respect given is respect earned, and they have more than respected me and cared for me and we're kind to me. Sometimes they are the only friendly faces that I see all day, so it's nice to see this Dunkin' Donuts is still doing as amazing as it was back in the day when I was a little girl. I get my two large lattes almost everyday now, and they never forget to put ice in my second cup to cool it for me. Their kindness and professionalism keeps me coming back. It's hard not to! See you guys tomorrow! (And you know I will!)

  Ever since Dunkin’ changed their manager or employees, it’s been horrible. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered something and they’ve messed it up!! Why would I want a bagel with only bacon on it???

  I love this place, once i coming in, they have my coffee ready as I like with my food

  I had a very bad impression of this establishment. I do not advise anyone. After all, if you think that you will be able to get inside, you are very mistaken. Only the TRUE drive works. When asked why the doors are closed, I was not given an answer
