Walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked what I needed and said it would be right out. I waited for exactly 15minutes while multiple orders were being picked up and sent out. No one making eye contact like I wasn’t even there. Watched one man cut 5 different topping pizzas with the same dirty blade after taking a bunch of random items out of his pockets and laughing. Super unsanitary and unprofessional. The older woman there I’m assuming was the manager didn’t even acknowledge me waiting once. Then the same man who was cutting those pizzas asked me again what I was waiting for. No communication in their staff at all. I also got the garlic topping on the crust as per usual and this man literally put a skinny pencil line across the crust and cut it so unevenly it’s insane. Shame this new staff was so bad because I’ve never had a bad experience here. Will not be returning after this though for sure. Staff changes every 2 weeks and just gets worse.

Forgot or gave away half my order. Stood there waiting for someone to take payment no one knew what was going on. At the end I left with nothing because Maria’s way of compensating me was insisting on giving me $5 off(I didn’t want compensation) even after refusing 10 times. Like just let me pay and give me my food
