It made me feel like they didn’t believe me and thought I was just trying to get free food. My husband ended up returning the entire dish, aside from one small bite each that we tasted. The steak had a strange flavor— almost like liver — which made us worried the meat might have been bad. A little customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately the manager, Solange, was not helpful at all. This experience really changed the way I feel about a place I’ve always enjoyed.
