From the moment I called to place my order, I could feel the kindness and genuine interest of the young woman who helped me with takeout. When I arrived, her service was even better — friendly, attentive, and truly professional. She told me to remember her last name by thinking of Santa Claus’s laugh — “Ho Ho Ho” — and I definitely won’t forget it! The food, as always, was delicious and authentic. For me, customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and Tacos El Tío excels at both. Highly recommended!
