To get in the restroom a staff member has to come put in a code on the door. Which is fine, but they are so understaffed you will wait for a while. There was an elderly lady with a walker who had to wait an unacceptable amount of time. I'll either use the drive thru or go to a different location next time.

The employees are rude, it’s dirty as hell, and 10000% worth it if you just drive to the next town over if you want McDonalds. This morning was my last straw, I door dashed breakfast, that was probably my first mistake. Then I’m being alerted that my order was being handed off to different drivers. Come to find out, Mc Donald’s didn’t feel like making my order because it was 10:25. So instead they just kept telling the dashers they didn’t have my order yet. 3 dashers later and one finally tells me what happened. No phone call from them. None from door dash. I get an email asking if I’d prefer lunch instead. That I can order at this point. NO WAY. This place has been a joke for years. They can’t even hire or train properly. Seriously go the next town over. Hopefully in time this one closes down and some new franchiser with a brain opens a new one.
