During my recent visit, the service was shockingly poor. After placing my order for iced coffees, our drinks were abruptly thrown at us—not just handed over, but actually shoved towards our car in a careless manner. To top it off, the worker told us to “get out of here” as if we were the ones causing a problem. This kind of treatment is not just unprofessional; it’s completely unacceptable. Both workers including a young lady named Adrianne appeared to be struggling with basic order placement, which is surprising for an establishment that prides itself on customer service. The young lady also gave my party an attitude when we tried to correct our order arguing with us in the window & continuing to argue when I came inside to make sure we were good with our order & charge. Again, not acceptable. I’ve come to rely on this Dunkin’ for my morning coffee, but the recent decline in both service and quality is alarming. Over the past year, I’ve noticed not only a drop in service and cleanliness, but also that the coffee itself has become subpar. Diane, as the district manager, I urge you to address these issues. It’s crucial for this location to improve and recapture the standards that once made it a go-to spot for coffee lovers. Based on my experience, I’m left with no choice but to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a disappointing two out of ten. I hope to see significant changes in the near future.
