I was asking for toppings and after every single topping the employee would put the lid on top of the bowl and when I asked her to add more toppings she seemed really annoyed. They also stacked 4 bowls and chips in one bag and everything leaked through in the car ride home :( Honestly really poor service and I won’t be eating here again

Went to pick up at my scheduled time at drive up window and was told they didn’t have my order and to come inside to talk to the manager. I confirmed correct address, showed him my online receipt, and even confirmed the payment had already been taken from my account. The manager was incredibly rude throughout the process and it wasn’t until one of the other staff members walked up and said he had made my order and pointed to where it was waiting that I was able to get my food. The manager just walked away at that point, no confirmation, acknowledgement, apology for the confusion let alone an apology for his behavior throughout the process. Rest of the staff seemed great, manager’s behavior was entire reason for writing this poor review as the order confusion wasn’t a big deal all in all.
