- NMN Molina6 days ago4.0I feel all sorts of ways leaving this review. I frequent this place enough but not enough to warrant calling myself a regular. I will say that the am bartender working early shift today (same guy that got fired from Santuccis in Ventnor) needs to go. His customer service, for as old as he is, is TERRIBLE. When we walked in today and saw him there I was less than pleased ONLY because I remembered his Santucci days and got triggered. Without getting lengthy, I used to work at a place close by and would go to Santuccis. This guy, same bartender today, was MISERABLE. Low an behold, new place, same attitude. He was rude. Short (in speech) ZERO customer service (no greeting, no bye (we like to tip per shift change..) no plates, no banter) this guy was HORRIBLE. The sad part is, today was one of those moments I wanted to impress the people I was with for business, and instead of talking business, we were talking service. YOUR service. As someone who has worked customer service their entire life, please please PLEASE, do better. If this would have been my 1st experience, I would NEVER come back, let alone bring people here to talk business.

She made us laugh. Elevating the dining experience with warmth and humor. Even when the food is great, if the service isn’t, It’s not as good of an experience. She did not miss a beat on a very busy night. Also, the food was very good. We all agree, We’ve never had a bad meal there. This restaurant deserves five stars for having amazing food and for having quality service.
