- SRShane R6 days ago1.0Rude. 5 of them standing there looking at us like our presence is bothering them. Looked at 5 or more times. Kids want to finish their conversations with the adults who act like children. Won't ever come here again, doesn't have my business.

She argues with me how my change is 1.03 and cant give me the nickle. I said I do this every morning and get a nickle back. Mind you she got almost a dollar tip. Every day I put a nickle in my sons jar. She got close to a dollar tip and refused the 5 cents. Lol Zero morals or cant do math. Strange times. Guess its off to another dunkin on my way to work on principle alone.

Shamika, a manager at this location, refused to honor my father's senior discount because he was purchasing 2 coffees and I am not a senior. NEVER have I heard of such absurd nonsense. When questioned, she was rude and defensive. I wouldn't recommend this location, they do not know how to properly treat their customers.
