  Would give them a -19 this place is nasty from the bathroom to the service. I felt bad for the dash dasher. Waiting and no one is there to help. Need to close the lobby and just be drive thru. Pay me for my idea too... Still nasty.

  This McDonald’s food quality has gone downhill drastically. It use to be once in a while you’d get a bad meal but now it’s every single time. It’s unfortunate considering it’s probably the cheapest place to get food in EHC. Every time I go they make me pull over in the drive through I’d wait 5-10 minutes which is fine but all that and I get the food and it’s ice cold what were we waiting on? On top of that every time I get coffees from this location they taste like they brewed the same beans 20 times I’d try to make it better with their caramel and cream but then this one employee in particular doesn’t follow the instructions for the coffee and puts whatever they feel like and it still tastes bad. I haven’t had any issues with any other employee except this one she is bad at everything she’s not nice, she’s not welcoming, you can barely understand her when she’s at the ordering window, and she makes everything bad iced coffees, the frappes always come out icy and watery with her, the flurries never come out with all the extra add ons you pay for. I’m not sure what her name is but she is the shortest one that works there. I’d hate to call her out but it’s every single time she’s there, so much so that I try to avoid going when she’s there but sometimes it’s inevitable and as soon as I see her I know my drinks are going to be made poorly and be a waste of money. Please DO BETTER!!!
