Do yourself a favor and triple check everything. We go to this Wendy’s at least once a month since it opened and literally every time there’s something wrong and the staff is either generally unhelpful or just rude and acting like we’re the inconvenience when clearly they can’t follow their order screens. This last time they were apparently out of chili so they just randomly substituted large fries instead and didn’t say anything. After going back in and changing that for a potato, we then got home to find out half the chicken nuggets were missing from the other order. Hopefully the other new one on the white horse pike is better because this one is pretty sad.

Ordered 3 combo meals but got home to find they only gave us 2. A burger and fries missing, even though we paid for all 3. Only thing they got right was giving us the 3 Frosty’s we ordered. Could we have checked the bag? Sure. But I like to have a little faith in the workers that they won’t get it wrong.

Sometimes you get great service here and other times they're very cranky...but I think 2 out maybe 4 times doesn't make the whole establishment go down on a rating. Just remember if you hate your job, don't be mad at the guests. To the Others thanks for your hospitality.

I placed an online order at around 6:05 PM for drive‑thru pickup, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I ended up sitting in the drive‑thru line for over 30 minutes due to extremely slow service. After all that waiting, I asked the employee at the window for two packets of honey mustard for my nuggets, and he had the nerve to tell me it would cost an extra $0.53.
After making me wait that long, the bare minimum would’ve been a little courtesy and basic customer service—not nickel‑and‑diming me over sauce. The lack of consideration was unbelievable. This will be my last time giving Wendy’s my business.
