I was helped by a younger girl with dark hair who was clearly doing her very best to be kind and give good customer service. But- there is a man that works here with dark curly hair who was YELLING at the other employees. So not cool. So rude. Everyone else great job. But that guy should be fired.

- SDSean DubbsMar 15, 20262.0I can’t comment on the products (I assume it would be the same as any other Dunkin) as I walked out before I could even order. My mother and I visited this location on a Tuesday afternoon. Upon entering there was a small group of kids hanging out waiting for their order. They proceeded to stand at the counter where customers should be able to order. They kept asking for free cups of water and continued to stand in the way and goof around. As this is was annoying on it own, what is worse is the staff (looked like maybe 2 young girls) don’t even acknowledge my mother and I. We continued to stand there waiting for some kind of basic customer service for probably close to 10 minutes before walking out. Working in customer service/food service, I know teenagers hanging out happens but there needs to be boundaries and rules in place so they don’t interfere with your other customers.
