When we entered at night and tried to order at the counter, we found there were no staff. My sister suggested we sit down and order via a mobile app, and take a break. After ordering, while we sat in the empty seating area waiting for our food, a white woman approached us and rudely asked if we needed help. I replied that we had ordered takeout and were waiting. Then, she pointed to a corner where delivery riders picked up their orders and told us, "Your takeout is over there." My sister was initially angry at her attitude and was about to lose her temper, but I persuaded her not to bother with such a poor customer; her life was already miserable enough. We picked up our food, smiled, chatted, and left. We both understood why there wasn't a single customer in the restaurant at 07:50pm (the service was terrible, and we won't be coming back).

It’s been a long time since a McDonald’s employee actually took the time to carefully modify my order the way I requested. I asked for the burger to be made without meat, and the staff member handled it professionally and without any hesitation. The sandwich was made properly and tasted great. I truly appreciated the effort and attention to detail. Great customer service like this makes a difference. Thank you to the team at this location!
