    After a long, exhausting day at Six Flags with six hungry teens in tow, we pulled into Wendy’s hoping for a quick bite before heading home. What happened next was beyond outrageous. We waited in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes, only to be told, get this, they only accept TWO ORDERS AT A TIME. I had seven mouths to feed, including my own, and the staff insisted I circle back through the drive-thru four separate times to place each pair of orders. Every time we looped around, the line was longer than before. I asked if there was any flexibility given the circumstances, late night, large group, no other food options nearby, but the woman taking our orders sounded more annoyed and less sympathetic every time I pleaded my case. It was as if she was enjoying her little power trip. No exceptions. No empathy. Just robotic enforcement of a baffling policy. Why did we put up with it? Because it was 1:30 in the morning, and the teens were starving. We had no other choice. I’ve never encountered such a ridiculous rule at any fast food establishment. It felt punitive, inefficient, and completely out of touch with real-world customer needs. Has anyone else run into this kind of nonsense? Only in New Jersey, I guess. I had to write this review because I’m genuinely perplexed by the mentality behind it. SHAME ON YOU WENDY'S.

    My life is too busy to write a review, but some things are just too good to be ignored. I went to Wendy's to quickly get a paper done. And because I was going to use their space, I opted to buy something to eat. The lady serving me is Aniya. She is such a beautiful person, inside and outside. She patiently took my order. - hands down, I am not your best customer when it comes to ordering food. It can take a little time to take my food orders because I usually don't know what I want, foodwise. It took a little while, but Aniya was so nice and courteous, she tweaked my order of salad and chicken. She even gave me different dressing since I didn't know what I would like. For me, this is not just about food, positive workplace culture produces customer satisfaction, which in turn increases productivity. Because I was there for about an hour, I watched her interactions with different customers as they came in and left. Her demeanor and attitude remained constant. When I was leaving, I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to tell the manager how good Aniya was. When I told her I wanted to talk to the manager, Aniya asked if there was any concern, I said "no". She then revealed that she is the manager. I had no choice but to tell her I wanted to write a review about how she patiently attended to me. What blew my mind was, she gave me her name, and the name of two other people. She gave me Tyler, and Yasmin’s name. I guess they are equally good. Aniya is not just a good employee, she is a capable manager, and a selfless lady. I hope the management takes note of this wonderful and resourceful employee.

    Awful, awful experience. Restroom locked no one at the register to unlock it. Self service machines all 4 of them said Broken or Out of Service. Tried again to get another employee’s attention but she ignored us and was too busy taping decorations to a window. If everything is locked or broken have someone at the register!

    Review for October 6 and I wanted to give a shout-out to the Miss who worked the register that day: I made two orders on the app and went into store to pick up. The Miss who worked at the front let me know she put the two orders in 1 bag to make it easier for me to carry, I was so happy she did that since I only had to carry 1 bag and a drink (the straw was tucked in under the flap and secured with the sticker which was genius). She really looked out for the customer and I really appreciated that. On top of that, she also noticed I was expecting and was very excited for me so that made my whole day. Love the staff at this location.
