But this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went through the drive-thru and the girl taking our order seemed overwhelmed or something, and we paid the price for it. She was the meanest order taker I’ve ever dealt with. I literally drove away because there was absolutely no reason for her to talk to us like that. Not a single reason. I’m not paying for food when the service makes me feel like I’m begging or asking for a favor through a microphone. This happened around 1:45 a.m. Terrible service

When I called, she answered, and I told her one nugget was missing. How do you miscount and give 3 instead of 4? When I told her there were only 3, she asked, with a tone, “So you want to come back for one chicken nugget?” She repeated it and then hung up the phone. She was extremely reactive and rude. I was polite the entire time. Mind you, when I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was too occupied on the phone ranting about some guy. Maybe she should focus on her job instead.

While moving a Wendy's staff ran in the rain to make sure I didnt leave without my missing meal. Another fast food restaurant would have just let it be. Thats for sure good service! Also the burgers were good.
