    This place is always packed and for good reason. You WILL want to make an advance reservation but the food is better than youd expect, fully stocked bars, and its a great place to go all year long. More expensive than other locations

    Topgolf Edison – Outstanding Service from Cristian & Ashlynn! I’ve visited Topgolf Edison twice recently, and both experiences were absolutely excellent thanks to Cristian Macaluso (Manager in the red jacket) and Ashlynn (our server). From the moment my party arrived, Cristian made sure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out — he went above and beyond to accommodate our group and ensure we were comfortable and having a great time. Ashlynn provided exceptional service both times we visited — friendly, attentive, and always checking in at the perfect moments without being intrusive. She remembered details from our previous visit, made great recommendations, and kept everything organized with a smile. It’s rare to find such consistent, prompt, and thoughtful service from both management and staff. Thanks to Cristian and Ashlynn, Topgolf Edison has become one of my favorite spots to relax, have fun, and feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!     My visit to Top Gulf Restaurant was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. I went in expecting good food and a relaxing meal, but what I got instead was endless waiting and poor service that ruined my appetite. From the moment I sat down, it felt like the staff didn’t care whether I was there or not. It took forever for anyone to even acknowledge me, and when they finally did, they still took an eternity to bring the menu and take my order. After waiting so long, I was relieved when a waiter finally came back—only to find out later that they had completely forgotten to place my order. I sat there for what felt like ages, wondering why the food was taking so long, until another staff member admitted that the kitchen hadn’t even received it. It was unbelievable. Instead of apologizing sincerely or offering to make things right, they simply took the order again and walked away as if nothing happened. By then, my patience and hunger had both reached their limit. Once I placed my order for the second time, the wait continued—what felt like hours just to get my food. I watched other tables that arrived after me get served first, while my table was completely ignored. I even tried to politely get the waiter’s attention several times, but they looked right at me and then turned away as if I wasn’t there. It happened not once, but at least five times. By the time the food finally arrived, I was starving and irritated, with no apology or explanation from the staff. The experience left me disappointed and angry. A restaurant’s food can be great, but if the service makes customers feel invisible, it’s not worth it. Top Gulf needs to seriously improve its customer service and train its staff to treat guests with respect. No one should have to beg to be served at a place that claims to offer a quality dining experience. I left feeling completely unsatisfied—and I definitely won’t be returning.

    I wouldn’t recommend having an event here. We rented out the entire rooftop terrace, and were assured it would be clean. There were weeds and clumps of hair and garbage everywhere. Because we rented out the rooftop terrace, we were assured we would have a private bartender— we didn’t. We waited a very long time for drinks. The shrimp were cold, the brisket was ice cold, and the chicken was so overcooked it was inedible. Dirty plates were also left on tables for an unacceptably long period of time; more or less the whole night in the golf bays we rented. The girls who were supposed to be taking drink orders and bussing tables really only showed up when they had something to set up. Coffee was in the contract to be served with the cake we bought— it was never offered or brought out, and we had to cut the cake ourselves, because “we don’t do that,” and we were not told that beforehand. The only bright spot was Gordon, who bent over backwards to help us, but the poor guy was just tasked with too many things.

    I went there last night around 10pm with a friend, excited to play since they're supposed to be open until 1am. When we arrived, the doors were locked. No sign, no explanation, nothing. We waited a few minutes, and the staff inside just kept gesturing that they were closed, as if we were supposed to magically understand what was happening. Eventually, someone left a sign at the door saying there was a "power outage". But here's the thing… all the lights were on, music was playing, and the TVs were working. So I'm not sure what kind of "power outage" that was supposed to be. We totally get that things happen, but the lack of communication and the rudeness from the staff made it a really frustrating experience. Hopefully next time the "power" and the customer service are both turned on.
