  I have been to several top golfs and this one was by far the worst. I called to let them know I would be several minutes late and was told by a machine that this did not matter as they would do their best to accommodate me. When I got there I could see that time was lost and when I told the server they told me that it did not matter and that the manager will not do anything. They said it was busy however I could tell that the lobby was not busy at that time and it was likely just an excuse. This place is very unaccommodating. I have been to Denver, Minneapolis, Dallas, Orlando and there were couple times where I had to call ahead just to let them know I was on my way and they told me no problem we will hold the time/bay for you, keep in mind this being on very busy days. This top golf was also the only one that would not accommodate me when I had requested a top bay. I can clearly tell that it being busy was only an excuse that this top golf used because they don’t care about their patrons. The food was standard as it is at most top golfs. However service was very terrible with many people standing near the doors or garbage cans talking to each other. I had to flag down a red jacket twice in order to get service. Please do not reserve a bay ahead of time at this location, do your best to get there when you can or go on the wait list. I would also rather suggest going to albatross next door or the go Kart arcade that's also in the area. Those other two places provided better service and in turn we had a much better time.

  The experience was horrible. Upon arriving the waitress Haltara didn’t know anything about the drinks menu. During our game play our party ordered a few drinks and they took over 20 minutes to get to our table and all of the glasses were dirty. There was actual debris floating in a beer that we ordered. We tried to order another round of drinks and food and it took her almost a half hour to even come back and check on our bay. When closing out we were rushed. We were trying to finish our game and people kept coming over to us asking if we wanted to close out. We had 2 bays reserved and all of the game play for all parties were on one of the checks, not divided. We were on the bottom floor and we needed to use the bathrooms before leaving and the middle stall in the women’s room was leaking from the wall and toilet into the other stalls. And upon leaving the restroom we walked past the bar area on the bottom floor, the door was open and we took a peak in, it was an absolute mess, dirty glasses everywhere garbage just sitting around. It made us all sock to our stomachs after getting our beverages in dirty glasses and then seeing that. We tried to speak to a manager and were rushed out of the building. After spending over $400 all Valarie did was shove a $50 off our next visit card and sarcastically said “have a good day” even after we tried to get corporate information. I HIGHLY do not recommend this location. It was a waste of $400 for the experience we were given.

  We had a great time! Golf was lots of fun, plenty of clubs to choose from, and the heat was pumping on a very cold day. Just becareful if you get Madison as your server. She is the brunette young lady who will take care of your bill for the golf as well as be your food server if you choose. She came around many times asking if we wanted food and drinks, maybe too many times. She seemed a bit annoyed as we didn't purchase food. She wasn't too friendly, gave us an issue at the end of our time with payment, and actually decided to add an extra $67 to our bill. Luckily, we noticed after we payed at went to the manager who was so kind to rectify the issue. I recommend this Top Golf, as it was a great time, just watch your bill!

  I wish I can give this place a zero. I didn’t get my food stamps all even when I asked 5 times. I only got a little cup of water. How am I supposed to survive this. There was people next to me talking about how bad I was at golf I had it. Service is bad the food didn’t get it and the atmosphere everyone was a bad person. Please get better service thank you. The owner is a nice guy but he needs better employees. GET RID OF JOHN!!!

  I went here yesterday on a Saturday with 8:30 pm reservations for an hour & 20 minutes. While I was golfing the sensors were not picking up my score the whole time. I suppose it was due to too many golf balls being on the course simultaneously. I spoke to an employee there about it & they said it was a common complaint that evening. The alcoholic drinks were weak. I order a drink and a shot & the shot taste like juice. The womens bathroom reecked of urine. There was urine all over the floors. And of course the stall I used was missing toilet paper. I drove from New York to go to the Edison location because I was told it was better than the NY one, I greatly regret that decision. I was annoyed the entire night.
