  - ADDITIONAL UPDATE: I have clearly stated the date and approximate time of my visit. I was physically present at the restaurant to pick up an order and interacted directly with staff. Repeatedly denying a customer’s experience and making public accusations does not change what occurred. This review is based solely on my firsthand experience during that visit. I have nothing further to add. ——————————————————————————— UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S COMMENT: To clarify, this visit took place on Monday, December 29, between 11:35 AM and 12:00 PM. I arrived to pick up an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting over 25 minutes, I calmly asked for an update. Instead of receiving an explanation or apology, the response from the kitchen staff was dismissive and unprofessional, including being told to “cancel the order if you want.” At no point was my question aggressive—I was simply asking why the stated wait time was not accurate. This review is based on a real visit and reflects the service and treatment I personally received. Accusing a customer of dishonesty rather than addressing the situation is disappointing. Delivery drivers represent paying customers and deserve basic courtesy and respect. This review remains because it accurately reflects that experience. —————————————————————————— A very disappointing experience. I went to pick up an order and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication or clear information. The employees were completely disorganized and showed little to no regard for customers' time. The customer service was poor, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of urgency. If they offer pickup orders, they should be prepared to manage them properly. I would not recommend this place until they significantly improve their management and customer service.

  Came in from out of town to do a Pet Expo, and needed to eat before setting up. This was in walking distance from my hotel. I felt very welcomed and at home. The server was friendly and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The cook was engaging (it's his birthday today) and had a great chat with the new owner Mike. I will come back ever time I'm in the area.

  I stopped by this small location and noticed most customers were regulars. Over heard someone mention the new owner. He was on site and actually carried my food to me. My vegetable omlet was good and I heard a customer say the chicken salad was excellent. I saw new vans outside, so I think they have a good catering business.

  Was driving by and stopped in for a quick bite. Was met by the new Owner at the register, very cool down to earth guy. The Chef made one of the best burgers and fries I've had in a long time. Definitely will be back when I am in the area!! Highly recommend for a local, homey Cafe with great food and prices.

  Lucky to be in the neighborhood to find the Sunshine Grill. Breakfast was excellent!
