I’m assuming the car in front was waiting for their order to be made. But this caused a line and frustration from customers just trying to pick up their food which resulted in 2 of us getting out of line to just get it inside the store. FYI, maybe tell customers that has a long consuming order to park and an employee can take it to them when ready? 20 minutes is insane and that point I could’ve ordered at a restaurant because it sure didn’t feel like fast food/drive through.

I ordered lunch/ dinner ( a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, a whole sandwich, beverage and cookie) early because I couldn’t eat it at that time and would be immobile later….The soup was 95% cheese w/3 small pieces of broccoli in it (and not too much else in it)… it was ill-proportioned….the sandwich that I usually get was disappointing and unsatisfactory…I didn’t even eat it …what is this ? Y is this ok to sell, the meat was a size of a coin dollar(US) not to mention the cheese was the same size as well. Panera bread , You have got to do better….
