    I ordered through the drive up, Viviana was extremely nice and attentive and kept me in communication about the wait time since they were shortstaffed. I really appreciated her service and communication skills. Her professionalism made all the difference with the wait time!

    Eww do no go to this location! The TS (Ruth) at the register is very rude. He will look at you strangely you when he is engaging is strange activities! Avoid this location at all costs

    Awful experience two days in a row-40min wait on the drive through on Sunday, January 11th, 2026. As an apology for the long wait time, I was given “ We are sorry, we want to make it right” coupon for a free “ You pick 2 meal”. On the next day, I decided to use the free meal coupon and the so called “manager” said that I can’t use it because the coupon has expired. I asked her to give the coupon back to me but she wouldn’t. At this point my order was still not ready, but she was asking me to pay. I told her that the coupon was provided to me the previous day and cannot be expired, but she kept insisting that I pay, saying that she can’t use the apology coupon. She disappeared from the drive-through window for about 5 minutes and when she came back her name badge was removed. I wanted to get her name as this was quickly turning into the worst experience. I asked for her name and she responded “ I don’t know my name”. I remained calm and was already recording the conversation with my phone. The woman with the blonde/ light purple hair either lied about being the manager, or if she really is the manager, she should be removed from that capacity and fired , because she has no idea about customer service. I paid for my order and asked the other employee who came to the window, an Asian lady for the name of her manager. She also responded that she doesn’t know and she has to find out. At this point this was beyond ridiculous. Do they really think that no one will figure the names of the people working on the evening shift on January 12th, 2026? These people not only lie in your face but are rude and incredibly unprofessional. I demand that Panera Bread fire the so called “manager”‘and the Asian drive-through employee who also happens to forget the name of her supervisor. I have been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for over 20 years and I have never been treated with such disrespect!
