He claims he’s the only manager, yet his statements don’t match what was said earlier. On top of that, he is extremely rude, which makes the whole experience even worse. This feels dishonest. They are intentionally messing up orders and refusing to give either a refund or the promised replacement sandwich. They even assured me over the phone that the sandwich would be provided. I strongly advise not going there at all.

Patrick, the associate who handled my order went above and beyond to make sure I properly got my order. I would definitely reccomend stopping by for lunch or a study session if you're in the area!

It was a to go order, I guess at this Panera you need to physically open your sandwich to make sure everything, including the chicken is on it. I have been to many Panera cafe's and never had this issue. I usually don't visit this one in Princeton on rt. 1. Doughbtful I will go back to this one. Otherwise I am a fan of Panera Bread.
