  One of the worst McDonalds I've had in awhile. ANCIENT fries and nuggets. Remember how bad you used to tolerate McDonalds being when it was $1/burger? Now its $4 for a even LOWER quality burger, and $5 for fries fried hours ago. You cant charge this much if you're not going to provide fresh food. Ill go to chick-fil-a or anyone else treating me with the slightest decency

  This is the second time I've come to this restaurant, and it's always the same: they never have apple pies ready. They want you to wait 10 minutes for them to bake one, and it's not even busy, and you have to wait in the parking lot for a simple order.

  They are fast, quick, precise. This has been my go to place since 2000. Still fast, still great. Friendly manager, workers, the best.

  I am a local resident who lives but a short walk away from this McDonalds and have frequently dined at it for a good portion of time now, mostly out of necessity and the need for cheap bountiful food. This is to say, and I want this to be stressed, I know what im talking about when I say the quality of this McDonald's has always been awful. I forgave them when they forgot my drinks, I forgave them when they didnt put cheese on the food I paid extra to put cheese on, I forgave them when I had my fair share of experiences with THAT lady who works there (every local frequent visitor reading this knows EXACTLY who I'm talking about), I even forgave them when my Egg McMuffin had a large un-cracked shell in it rendering it inedible. But I cannot do this anymore. I ordered the "Favorites for 4" meal which is supposed to come with, among other things, 2 cheeseburgers, and there are no cheeseburgers to be found. This is inexcusable. Two WHOLE cheeseburgers. I cannot stress how poor this McDonald's is in EVERY conceivable aspect, they are horrible. I work in fast food too, I know how it is, but the quality of this McDonald's is OFFENSIVELY horrendous, I'm done. From here on out, I shall now only frequent the Burger King slightly further down Route 27, or perhaps the Wendy's a short drive further away towards Edison High, anywhere but this embarrassment of a restaurant.

  This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had at McDonald's. I found a piece of paper towel inside the patty of my burger. At first, I thought it was just a tough piece of onion fiber, but it turned out to be paper towel — absolutely revolting. I also specifically requested no pickles, and the burger even had a "no pickle" tag on it, yet it still came with pickles. On top of that, I ordered nuggets and never received them. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and will never visit this location again.
