She was apologetic for the wait...for the chaos....remained curtious & professional. The food was worth the wait!!! My strawberry milkshake...absolutely delicious!!!!

They should have just made it 1 size from the beginning and not made medium a choice. Poor planning McDonald's. Today was not FAST food. Also stop asking me if I will be using the app!!!
