This place is clean and delicious! One thing I expect from the owner is keep control the flavor.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Would definitely come back.
dude in ponytail either hates his job or hates his customers, or possibly both. Unless he's the owner's son, it's insane how he's able to still keep his job.
We recently had a birthday celebration at this location for 44 attendees.
Coordinating for this event with one of the owner Ryan and his staff were amazing from the start to the end.
Throughout the event, our guests frequently praised about the food. In addition, the environment is friendly and the staff catered our needs.
We totally enjoyed the event.
Thank you for hosting us.
TLDR: Came here for a quick bite. Was anything but quick. Tables sat down after us received their food before we did and we still had to wait. Food was meh for the price. Won't recommend.
I don't write reviews but I REALLY thought I had to write one for this place. For context, we were on a time crunch and wanted a quick bite and this was the only place in the plaza that didn't have a wait (perhaps this was a red flag?) and We were sat down and gave our order shortly after receiving the menu. We ordered Thai Iced Tea, Truffle fries, Wagyu Pho, Banh Mi. 3 additional parties were sat down near us and ordered their food a bit later. About 25-30 minutes pass and we were starting to get anxious. Some food come out towards us and we assumed it was ours. Nope. It's for the other tables. It was spring rolls and other appetizers so we assumed at the very least, our fries should be coming out any minute. 5-10 minutes pass and still nothing. We asked the waiter who then promptly checked only for him to come back out and say "We're out of fries". ?????? He refilled our Thai Iced Tea at no charge for the inconvenience which was nice of him. At this point, other tables are already downing their feast while we’re sipping on our drinks ordered more than half hour ago. They ordered similar items (pho, pork chop rice, spring rolls). Another 5–10 minutes pass and they come out with JUST the Wagyu Pho. It was simply just raw ingredients thrown into a bowl and they pour the broth in front of you (I guess as a little show?). I am sitting there thinking: “If it’s just this, why did it take so long?”. It only came with 3–4 pieces of Wagyu, which I don’t believe is worth for the price I’m paying ($32). The food we ordered didn’t even come together, the sandwich came another 5–10 minutes later after we had to inquire about it. Couldn’t even enjoy the food properly because of how infuriated we were and even without the huge inconvenience, the food was mid. Perhaps this was a one off experience and maybe through no fault of anyone involved, but I wouldn’t come back again to find out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know, however, would recommend them to Pho Anh Dao down the street for better pho.
