  Mon avis est mitigé et pourtant je reviendrai essayer. Je suis venue aujourd'hui (samedi midi) avec ma fille. Le parking était rempli et pas évident de trouver une place, nous avons dû attendre un peu. Une fois à l'intérieur, j'avoue qu'en dehors de New York, c'est un des plus beaux décor que j'ai pu voir pour un restaurant vietnamien. Décor soigné et agréable. Nous avons pris en entrées des Cha Gio et des Goi cuon au porc grillé. Les Cha gio étaient décevants, et l'accompagnement un peu pauvre. Par contre les Goi cuon au porc grillé étaient vraiment bon. Le porc était encore chaud. Rajouté un peu de concombre et d'herbes fraîches aurait été parfait. Ensuite nous avons pris deux soupes. Le Pho où je lui donne un 6/10. Un peu pauvre en herbes fraîches et un peu gras. Le bouillon était un peu trop foncé. Moi j'ai pris un Hu Tieu Kho. Ca aurait pû être bon, mais les nouilles étaient presque crues. C'est dommage car le goût de l'assaisonnement était bon. Par contre pour les deux soupes, j'ai trouvé les portions très généreuses pour le prix. Le restaurant n'a pas compté ma soupe, j'apprécie le geste et avoir tenu compte de mon commentaire. Le service est à améliorer du côté de la cuisine. Les entrées et plats arrivent à des moments différents. Donc, les invités ne mangent pas en même temps. Mais ça c'est mon côté européen peut-être. Mais je reviendrai essayer une deuxième fois. Note: J'ai perdu les photos aujourd'hui sur mon iPhone, donc pas de photos 😢

  I dont usually leave reviews but food is soooo good! Its so good that we went to this place twice in a week. 😅♥️ Staff is friendly too.

  My husband and I recently visited for a birthday dinner for our nine-year-old, who absolutely loves Vietnamese pho—and this spot did not disappoint! We loved that it’s a BYOB restaurant, and even better, there’s a store just a few doors down where you can conveniently grab a bottle to bring in. They’ll open it and serve it for you, which was a really nice touch. The menu is extensive, with plenty of appetizers to choose from. Portions were fair, the food was fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive—he made sure our kids, my husband, and I were taken care of the entire time, and we truly appreciate that level of service. I also want to highlight how clean and beautifully decorated the restaurant is. They’ve done an excellent job with the ambiance, and it made the experience even better.   I want to love this place. My first time was good but I since been back maybe close to 10 times. There is too many hit and misses. Somethings are missing basic season like salt. When I try new dishes it is a miss a lot. The crab wanton is so dry. I was so hungry I drowned it in sauce to eat it. The Bahn mi grilled pork is never consistent. I wanted to return the wood ear mushroom roll on my last pickup order for just a cup of soup water. They said call back when the managers is here before bringing the food back tomorrow. 🙃 Even though I am in the parking lot. Because everything I ordered was flavorless and inconsistent I am doing this review. However the cup of soup is just soup water and it hit the spot. I guess if I am sick I will come back for soup water....but nothing else. I am going to make the the summer roll summer roll at home...at least it will be consistent and way cheaper.
