  Was here for 02/13/26 Friday around 930. I was on my on my way to work and was asked from my Team of 20 to pick up 5 dozen Donuts and possibly 6 cartons of coffee. I arrived to the Counter and as always waited and waited 5 people behind the counter. 1 girl was making a drink i was like ok shes busy I'll wait. She walked to the window gave the drink to the Window Staffer. I was like ok now she'll she'll acknowlegde me, but nothing not even a look. After some minutes walked out and now the DD has gotten this new business. This order of this much food was a bi weekly thing. Now the DD on talamadge has this new business. Shame smh Welp i am off to DD on talmadge need some coffee....

  Horrible service slow 15 minutes in a line corporate should terminate the contract disgrace to the chain line franchise

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The staff member who helped me seemed visibly bothered that I was there. I ordered a simple drip coffee, and somehow it turned into a long wait with no explanation or sense of urgency. While I was standing there, the employee was slamming cups on the counter and acting irritated, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable

  This dunkin sucks they somehow always mess up my drink, I keep making the mistake of coming here cause its on the way home but they don't know how to make these drinks, I got a frozen hot chocolate today that is straight ice and just tastes like water. I give up on this one.

  Been having an issue with this Dunkin ever since it renovated. There's ALWAYS an issue. They don't put my order in right like 25% of the time, they'll run out of things constantly, sometimes im sitting at the window and see half my order and someone will give me half and walk away and wonder why I'm still there waiting for 5 minutes. Unfortunately all the other local Dunkin's don't have drive thrus so time and time again I go here and I'm not even surprised when something goes wrong and at this point it's my own fault. Go to the Dunkin in Amboy Plaza instead. Anywhere but here.
