I asked them to put more and instead of just putting more to fill the bag which wasn’t even half way, they were like there’s the right amount in there. Laughable. Will not be returning to this Dunkin. I can tell it is a family run business, which could have been the problem with them being cheap.

I asked the lady at the front counter if I could borrow a pen for a moment upon returning the pen she was busy, so I placed the pen in front of the computer screen where you Order. The woman asked me where the pen was, I let her know it was in front of the counter. She began to yell at me in front of other guests extremely loudly over and over again saying I had to put the pen in her hand. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful, all over a pen. I will not be returning to this Dunkin. I will drive to another town just to avoid coming here. I’m not sure her name she was wearing a mask and glasses.
