Hours. That information should’ve been communicated before taking the order. Because of the ridiculous wait time, I cancelled. What made it worse? • No apology. No accountability. Nothing. • The boy answering the phone sounded completely confused, like he had no idea what was going on. • When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to fix the situation. There was zero customer service, zero ownership, and zero care. If you’re hungry and expect basic respect or communication, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. This location clearly doesn’t value customers at all.
