She was rude and seemed overwhelmed by the crowd, which impacted her ability to provide good service. Additionally, there was an elderly man present who appeared to be homeless. He was not wearing gloves while handling food and was behaving inappropriately, rushing customers and using offensive language, including towards a pregnant woman. He also made disrespectful comments towards people of different cultures, specifically targeting Indians. As a customer, I was appalled by this behavior, and I believe it is important for the owner to address these issues with the staff. Many other reviews have also highlighted similar concerns, so this is not an isolated incident. If I encounter this type of behavior again, I will not hesitate to contact law enforcement

My son just went there because the location is convenient as it's next to his gym. He signed up for their rewards program some time ago and he was owed a free item, but when he went to check out at the register they simply didn't know how to process the order so they charged him for the item and said "use it next time". LOL as if he's ever going back there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Today I ordered my normal and came through drive thru and i don’t know what was going on but I witnessed the manager grab an employee and talked to them to the point he turned red . When the young lady came to the drive through you can clearly tell by her energy something was wrong. You have great employees treat them with care and respect ! You don’t know who’s watching
