The team followed suite. My lasting impression of Charley’s is unprofessional, sloppy and quite indecorous. For this reason, I will not return or refer this restaurant to anyone.

But was met with a very rude and belligerent man named Victor behind the register. I ordered my usual order of a pep cheesesteak w bbq sauce cooked in . I stood and watched my meal being prepared , and noticed the cook didnt add my bbq sauce . I asked for him to please add it and the toppings station girl told me to tell victor . I went back to the front and explained to him that my order was incorrect and with a mean attitude and no remorse or care he automatically suggested a refund without even being willing to fix my order . He is rude and in all my times of coming to Charlie's I have never dealt with such arrogance !
