Orders are always wrong, or the food is just cold and nasty & has clearly been sitting out. Can’t get a simple coffee order correct. I see why other people have left reviews that they’re boycotting this location etc. I don’t even ask for much, not even a smile. I understand it’s a fast food place so not 5 star quality. But they’re MISERABLE & rude. I’m pretty sure the manager or team lead (he’s like the only full time one there but clearly hates his life and I PRAY I never get him at the drive thru window) needs to be replaced, and the next one should focus on building morale and training CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also if you don’t want people to use mobile ordering at the drive thru, take it up with corporate. Not your customers. Will never show my face here again, there’s plenty of other Dunkin’s I can go to within the area. But everyone else beware
