  Today I ordered by drive tru and waited about 15-20 minutes for my order and when I get to the window the lady didn’t even know my order. Is not the first time this happened to me specifically in this DD. One time it’s ok but two, this mean is the worse place to go for a breakfast and people work are not good employees depending of their leader.

  ​I’m honestly done with this Dunkin. It is miserable inside every time I go. There’s zero heat in the winter and no AC in the summer, making it impossible to sit down and actually enjoy anything. ​It’s reached a point where I’m hesitant to even buy food here. If the owner is cheaping out on basic stuff like air and heat, it makes me wonder what other corners are being cut. It’s hard to trust the quality of the food when the place itself is neglected. ​What really bothers me, is the way the staff is being treated. They are so nice, friendly and hard working. I feel so bad for them who have to pull entire shifts in these conditions also handling drive thru in cold weather. It’s straight-up wrong to expect people to work in a sauna or a freezer just to save a few bucks on the utility bill. If the owner can’t afford the basic necessities to keep a place habitable for the workers and the customers, they honestly shouldn't be in business. Close it down or fix the air, there’s no excuse for being this cheap. ​I won’t be back until I know that both customers and employees are valued and treated like humans.

  This is my third time visiting, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. The staff clearly don’t know how to make basic coffee or drinks. I tried their matcha latte, and it was poorly made—the powder wasn’t even dissolved properly. The black coffee tasted extremely watery, lacking any real flavor. I also tried the banana frozen chocolate, which was disappointing—it was mostly ice with a strange taste, like water mixed with artificial banana powder. What’s even more frustrating is that there was no rush—each time, I was the only customer—yet the quality was still terrible. One of the girls (wearing a head covering) consistently makes the worst drinks. She doesn’t seem to understand even simple instructions. I clearly asked for no whipped cream, but she still added it. Although she remade the drink, that drink is TOO BAD TO DRINK. Its all icy with thick 8ce cubes no milk, nothing. Overall, very disappointing experience every single time. I gave it multiple chances, but nothing has changed.

  Today, February 3, 2026, I waited almost 20 minutes. The staff didn't know what I ordered. It's supposed to be a fast food place, but it's the worst place to eat. Don't go there. And when you order bacon, they don't give you what you ordered, and don't even get me started on the cheese. So the manager needs to pay attention, since the business depends on customers and their satisfaction.
