  Terrible horrible experience. The elderly man who served me was beyond abrasive and passive aggressive. He was at the Menlo mall location and I witnessed prior verbal altercations he’s had with the customers there, not sure how he still has a job. Employees were on their phones and continued to serve without wearing gloves or washing their hands after. Place was overall unclean and disorganized. Food was cold and chips were insanely salty. Would be better off eating tv dinners than ever eat at this place again.

  Really great experience at this Chipotle. We had an issue with our order on the app, and Jonathan Rivas first welcomed us and went out of his way to help solve it. He was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole situation so much easier. The rest of the staff was also friendly, service was quick, and everything felt really well run. The food came out fresh and exactly how we wanted it, and the place was clean too. You can tell the team here actually cares about their customers. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations, I’ll for sure be coming back, especially for their 4/20 event!

  Rude lady denied 4 minors from sitting inside (and outside seats) and we had to sit on the cold hard concrete. Also, it was freezing cold outside. My phone clocked in at a whopping 33 degrees, which is very inhumane for 4 kids to sit. Also, the food was very mediocre. To add on, according to the menu, there was supposed to be a surplus of items to pick and chose from. In all, there was almost none to choose from. IN ADDITION, the steak was very rubbery. The food also was mixed, there was lettuce inside of the sour cream container. We got there at 9 and it closes at 11. They still refused to let us sit. WHO DOES THIS TO A BUNCH OF KIDS??? Not only was the food completely horrible, it was pretty cold. All the bean juices were mixed and food was all over the place. Upon opening my burrito bowl, many oils and sauces spilled out onto my kids hoodie. The manager also had an insane attitude towards my son and I. The cashier was also very unprepared, as she was talking with her companions and not ringing me up. My friend, who was standing near the curb, was almost ran over. Overall it was a very unprofessional place, to which I will not be returning.

  We were there at 9:30 and they closed at 11.when we tried to eat inside they said no and we tried to eat outside they said no as well. Me and 4 other kids had to eat at a nearby curb. We almost got ran over by cars and were very scared.
