- DLDerek LuxApr 5, 20261.0Ordered on Uber, place sucks. I ordered a salad which in the description said it was “tossed in ranch”. They send me a salad that is completely bare with 0 dressing because I didn’t select a dressing option in the 2nd menu. Ironically ranch isn’t even a choice in that 2nd menu. For a major brand like Panera to just have a broken Uber selection menu stinks.
- JPJen PApr 3, 20261.0My order took over 40 minutes to arrive and Wendy I received it, the tuna tasted old (definitely not white meat tuna) and my salad had no dressing and an expired avocado. I’m fully aware of oxidation forming brown spots on avocado but this one was black and obviously old. Disgusting!! Never getting food from Panera again. I had to throw the whole meal out and reorder somewhere else

Sharon, Luz, Cris are amazing staff, very courteous, friendly and helpful! This makes customers keep coming back. Great job guys!
