- MEMaor Edry1 day ago5.0I had a great experience at this location. I ordered the new Big Arch with a 4-piece McNugget, fries, and a Diet Coke. The food was excellent—the Big Arch was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were hot and fresh. Everything hit the spot! The service was solid and the atmosphere was pleasant, making it a comfortable place to grab a meal. Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area if you’re looking for quality food. I’ll be back next time!

- MAM A6 days ago1.0The McDonald’s in Edgewater was very dirty. I politely asked for it to be cleaned so I could sit and eat, but the manager responded by shouting at me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful
- EBElisha BernatApr 4, 20261.0Road all the way up to meet with friends on our motorcycles and was denied service. We tried to walk up incase the bikes weren't acceptable and they said we needed vehicles, then refused after we came back with our bikes. I've gone to plenty of other McDonald's and there is no actual policy to stop bikes from ordering in the drive thru. Managers discretion is determined on this and if it is the manager making this decision... lots of ppl will be turned away as bikes are popular up here. Hope this changes soon as your CEO already did a bad food review and now the employees aren't helping either 🤷♂️ Customer service has reached out to me and politely told me that 95% of their buildings are not owned directly by them, so the manager has the final say on that. Based off other reviews for this building, I would avoid this place until new management maybe. 🤷♂️
