  I order beef teriyaki, rice and broccoli. The quality of the food is not really good. You can eat there is just ok. No for any especially occasional.

  Our server D.W.did a amazing job !! Very friendly and attentive.. I have not been to outback for a long time. I'm definitely coming back because of this experience.

  Had a horrible meal here today it’s the final straw and will be my last meal at an Outback Steakhouse. Mistake after mistake after mistake with a tremendous amount of time to fix the problem. I was offered a free dessert at no extra cost, I took it home to go, and it was not at all what I ordered. Frustrating to add insult to injury.

  전체적으로 기대한 만큼 무난하게 잘 나오는 아웃백 느낌임 ㅎㅎ 스테이크나 사이드도 안정적인 맛이라 큰 호불호 없이 먹기 좋은 편임. 테이블마다 있는 태블릿으로 바로 오더할 수 있어서 기다릴 필요 없는 게 꽤 편했음. 가볍게 외식하거나 편하게 먹고 싶을 때 선택하기 좋은 곳인 듯함. Overall, it delivers exactly what you expect from Outback—solid and consistent. Steaks and sides are reliable with no major surprises. Ordering through the tablet at each table is very convenient and saves time.

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at the Outback Edgewater on the evening of December 16th at 8:00 PM. We were seated for five individuals, including two children. We placed our orders, and after an hour, our meal did not arrive. I politely requested to speak with the manager, who emerged from the kitchen and engaged in an unprofessional and rude exchange with me, asserting that the entire restaurant was experiencing similar delays. Subsequently, she inquired whether I desired the meal. This incident is not an isolated occurrence at this Outback unit. The manager’s inability to resolve issues and confront paying customers is a recurring problem. As a long-standing Outback customer for two decades, I have encountered only a few instances of such subpar service and experience. In those instances, we opted to leave the restaurant without our meals. Regrettably, this is the second time in less than two months that my food has taken over an hour to arrive at this restaurant. The previous instance occurred even after I had lost my appetite, as the appetizer and salad were served before I had requested the main course. Unfortunately, I am unable to return to this restaurant in the future.
