I was at this McDonalds last night and I must say that the service was very poor. I asked for two different drinks and I was given two Coca Cola’s when I asked if I could have what i originally wanted I was asked to pay for another!!! I also ordered two holiday pies and I had none in my bag. When I went inside the restaurant the kid at the counter did not greet me I explained that they had not put my holiday pies in my bag and he passed me a apple pie and said we only have one have a good night. I asked him to please ask if they could make me what I ordered and that I didn’t mind if I had to wait for them he insisted that I just take what he gave me and also gave me the stare of death lol what a joke. Please hire kids that are good at multi tasking and train them on what it is to give good customer service. PLEASE!!!

The app let me place an order even tho they are closed. I called to ask how to get refunded and the lady said they’re closed and hung up.

The night shift manager (Dec 14, 12:18 AM) was very rude to me. I was at the pickup window waiting for an order that was ready because I could see it from the window, and she was deliberately ignoring me. Yes, deliberately, because she saw me. I rang the bell several times and even called the store, and when I told her I was the guy at the pickup window, she hung up. I was never rude to her since I never even spoke to her. If she doesn't want to work or is frustrated, she shouldn't be working

The quality of McDonald’s has declined beyond repair. I haven’t had McDonald’s lunch/dinner in years and stopped by recently to satisfy a pregnancy craving and was absolutely stunned at what I received. What on earth happened to the buns? They’re now this rubbery doughy mess that feel extremely synthetic to the touch and absolutely destroy the eating experience. I got a Big Mac and the sauce was off too, but I can’t put my finger on what changed there. Needless to say I couldn’t finish the food and at $13 a meal it’s just not worth the price. If I ever get a burger craving again and am pressed for time I’ll be stopping by Wendy’s or Burger King. Regarding the location itself, I haven’t had any issues with staff and service is quick at this location.
