  I made reservations for a date night with my girlfriend, and we arrived dressed to impress. None of that mattered. We were seated and then completely abandoned. For over 20 minutes, no one acknowledged us—no water, no drinks, no food order, not even a simple greeting. It was as if we didn’t exist. When we finally gave up and left, I mentioned the situation to the employee at the coat check. The response? A dismissive “sorry.” That single word perfectly summed up the level of service at this place—indifferent, careless, and unprofessional. We took our money to River Palm and had an excellent meal, which only emphasized how unacceptable this experience was. Fleming’s likes to pretend it’s a high-end steakhouse, but it isn’t. At best, it’s a tier-2 operation with embarrassingly poor customer service. We will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting competent service.

  I had a rough year and I'm so lucky to have a lady who has stuck through the tough times with me. I wanted to treat her to something amazing and so I came to Flemings for their Tomahawk Tuesday - just WOW. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and walked to our table with a nice view of the Hudson. The waitress was so nice and attentive. We ordered a bottle of their cheapest wine (no one will ever know because they put it in a beautiful glass for you which makes it feel even classier) and before we knew it our salads were taken out and then our tomahawk steak with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. It TASTED SO GOOD I can not emphasis it enough. My favorite was the steak and mac and cheese, while we waited for our dessert the manager Serena checked on our table. She was so kind and professional - its not everywhere that a resturant does this so it really made us feel valued as customers. My partner completely loved the experience so she already wants to come back here for her birthday! (This time I definitely have to save up we need to try more haha).

  What outstanding service we received from our server Nicholas. He went above and beyond to make my date and I feel very comfortable and fulfilled with the all of his recommendations. From the wine suggestions to the recommendation on the ribeye and its steak parings was everything he described. We didn’t think we could fit dessert but the manager Ilsa came by to check on us and what a sweetheart she was, she told us about the lava cake and it sounded delicious. We were still hesitant about it but Nick sold us on it and his knowledge about port wine was pretty impressive. We had an amazing experience thanks to Nick and Ilsa.

  We visited flemings in Edgewater, with a perfect NYC SKYLINE view, unplanned, with a group of 5. Our waiter Nick was so good, he filled our orders perfectly. The manager Ilsa came to check on our table and other tables around us a few times. She and Nick were very attentive, and made sure everyone ones food and drinks came out correct. The food n drinks were soo tasty. One of our guests had special requests, picky eater, and they made adjustments to make have dish as requested. Wow, wow what a great experience. We have found our new spot for quality steaks, drinks n even delish desserts. Lava cake was soo worth the wait!!

  스테이크 퀄리티부터 플레이팅까지 전반적으로 완성도가 정말 높은 편임 ㅎㅎ 고기 굽기나 소스 밸런스도 정확해서 먹는 내내 만족스러움임. 분위기도 차분하고 서비스가 안정적이라 특별한 날 가기 딱 좋은 느낌임. 가격대는 있지만 그만한 값은 충분히 하는 곳인 듯함. The steak quality and presentation are top-notch across the board. Cooking is precise, with great balance in flavor and texture. Refined atmosphere and professional service make it ideal for special occasions.
