  The worst experience I've ever had. I've been a customer at this location for almost three years because I work a minute away from there. I always go every day at 7 a.m. and order my coffee, and today I went and there was only one Mexican guy working, and he saw me come in and stand in front of the register to place my order, and he didn't even take my order. After 3-4 minutes, I asked him, "Hey, when do you think you can take my order?" and he snapped at me, I have a lot of deliveries to take care of first. I said, "But I'm in the store. People who come into the store have priority." He replied, "Well, I'm not going to take your order because I'm alone and my coworker is out." and I said, "What are you saying?" and he replied, "I'm not going to take your order." It's very disrespectful to tell a customer that you're not going to serve them, and he didn't want to sell me my coffee, which I've been buying every morning for almost three years. And if the manager reads this, check the camera at 7:49 a.m. today and see what poor service that person is providing at your location.

  The employee that works the early evening shift says very uncomfortable things to the customers and takes her time making the orders. She thinks having inappropriate conversations with the customers is part of her job. I order ahead to get quick service and to grab and go in my commute. Not have someone say outlandish things to me as I wait for my order that wasn't made ahead even though I ordered ahead and there was no one else in front of me or behind me. The lady is older and normally would excuse this, but it is so uncomfortable to pick up from here if she is working. Has happened a few times. Will be skipping this location going forward due to this employee
