  The worst experience I've ever had. I've been a customer at this location for almost three years because I work a minute away from there. I always go every day at 7 a.m. and order my coffee, and today I went and there was only one Mexican guy working, and he saw me come in and stand in front of the register to place my order, and he didn't even take my order. After 3-4 minutes, I asked him, "Hey, when do you think you can take my order?" and he snapped at me, I have a lot of deliveries to take care of first. I said, "But I'm in the store. People who come into the store have priority." He replied, "Well, I'm not going to take your order because I'm alone and my coworker is out." and I said, "What are you saying?" and he replied, "I'm not going to take your order." It's very disrespectful to tell a customer that you're not going to serve them, and he didn't want to sell me my coffee, which I've been buying every morning for almost three years. And if the manager reads this, check the camera at 7:49 a.m. today and see what poor service that person is providing at your location.

  The employee that works the early evening shift says very uncomfortable things to the customers and takes her time making the orders. She thinks having inappropriate conversations with the customers is part of her job. I order ahead to get quick service and to grab and go in my commute. Not have someone say outlandish things to me as I wait for my order that wasn't made ahead even though I ordered ahead and there was no one else in front of me or behind me. The lady is older and normally would excuse this, but it is so uncomfortable to pick up from here if she is working. Has happened a few times. Will be skipping this location going forward due to this employee

  Honestly this review is long overdue! I often come to this location as it is down the street from my house and some of the employees are nice but this one lady( hispanic lady, not the tall one with long hair the one that never cracks a smile and sometimes wears glasses not to be confused with the older lady with glasses this one is younger!) She is often there and is very unpleasant, has an attitude and gossips about the customers behind the counter in spanish to make herself look better about missing orders or not getting someones order correctly! gives an attitude when my order is wrong or something needs to be corrected! Nonetheless, I always greet all of the staff politely and say have a great day! Today I came in with my mother and it was unacceptable and a breaking point that lead into a yelling match in the store over a simple cup of water after I had already purchased three orders of food. I have never had any issue at this location EVER! until today but one of the employees(Maria with the long hair) lied to my face and said i come in there all the time and cause an issue(which is blatant lie)..looks at the other unpleasant lady that I mentioned before for confirmation and she agrees with her. I have never had an argument with anyone in this store or ANY Dunkin for that matter the only thing I politely do is tell them when they get my order wrong which is often and is not my fault! So this is how I know the shorter hispanic lady is just back there gossiping about customers but not telling the facts! During our argument the same lady was laughing in our faces and started pulling out her phone and trying to record us (which i didnt mind because I did nothing wrong I wasnt being nasty I was telling them off without cursing them out but thats not the point the point is the blatant disrespect from the staff and her laughing like the customer who spends their money at this establishment means nothing! Everytime i come here I put up with this ladies attitude, eye rolling, huffing puffing and today I couldn't take it anymore! If she doesn't like her job or isnt a peoples person she should find a different job that better suits her attitude! The other hispanic lady with the long hair after all the back and forth apologized to me but the other one just walked away talking shit under her breath! Dont come to this location go to the one in fortlee or the other side of town they are much nicer and more respectful! So disgusted by what occurred today in a respected and respectful town that I grew up in all my life couldn't even believe it and Ive never experienced anything like it at any other establishment in town! UNBELIEVABLE!

  I went there today and just went to get a coffee and waited 24 minutes. The woman working there was very slow, when I told her I had to go to work she said she has worked here for 14 years and she has never seen a customer like me before and got angry. I have never seen a dunkin like this in my life before I never plan on going there again.
