Today after I spent over $125.00 I had to go back to customer service because the Coke was buy 2 get 1 free and I didn’t get the free one. She was sarcastic and nasty like nuts. Sound like she was giving everything for free. I told her was not her day not to get mad. Very sarcastic wished me a nice afternoon. The worse afternoon after talking to her. My name is Mercedes Castex and I am a customer of Acme for years. Please leave the nice people that works in customer service. She is destroying the position. She should be working in mistreatment customers department.

I volunteer with a non-profit and was asked to pickup donations. Phillip loaded everything up, over 20 boxes. I have a history of back issues, but he didn't know this. He insisted on loading everything and I was so incredibly thankful. I truly hope he is blessed beyond measure this holiday season. Thank you Acme for always serving the community with exceptional service.

- MCM CDec 20, 20253.0Recently I had a bad experience with the meat at Acme in WNY. I came back to Edgewater, my original store, thinking to be a better option. For my surprise today 12/20/2025, browsing to buy some steaks found a couple of packs with brown meat, obviously spoiled. Coincidentally the guy that works in the meat department was there putting out more meat. I called to his attention, told him if he could retire those packs from shelves because the meat was brown. With a big wide smile on his face he told me the meat was OK, and that's why price was reduce, my point CHECK CAREFULLY WHAT YOU BUY BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEIR STANDARDS BROWN SPOILED MEAT IS FINE TO BUY AS IT'S IN SPECIAL PRICE. ISN'T MEAT SUPPOSED TO BE RED OR AM I WRONG? Maybe in modern times is fashionable to eat spoiled meat?
