  I approached the deli dept 7 min. To 8 am, thinking since the store was open that the deli would have the same hours. I stood there for like 1 min. While the ladies working there chatted with each other, then I said good morning in good spirit and got, " deli doesn't open until 8 am. I figured since it was only a few min. I'd stick around and wait. Never got a greet, instead got a negative energized response, what can I get you, few seconds later the manager passed and noticed I was unattended and he made contact with his deli staff and they looked at each other, like saying" oh boy he noticed him standing there, and although it was still few minutes before 8 they then offered to help me, but always with a bit of a stink attitude. Me in the other hand I continued my politeness energy and said thank you. I had no clue they weren't open. Not a good look for your store.... Will not be back here!!! Thank you.... Thank Sheryl...

  I don't know what the manager in charge was doing - putting this guy behind the customer service desk. I like this store, I have been going to this store for many years. All the staffs are really nice. So it was kind of disappointing that we have this guy - stocky young person, short buzz black hair - goes by the name Ramy who at first glance are not approachable at all (well unfortunately he was REALLY not friendly). I bought some Matzo Ball mix because it was on sale - and with the digital coupon it is 3 for $3. It was a good deal that motivates me to purchase the item (don't we all love discount) but his unreceptive unhappy attitude really ruined my shopping experience. On a note - I did took some time to decide on how many stars should I put as a rating here. But since this is an isolated incident and that Ramy guy was so unpleasant and condensending to deal with - I regretfully decide to give one star (sorry - that is joint liability of one person that affects the rest). I will come back to this store - but I will never EVER want to interact with this unhelpful, sullen, non-smiling and rude customer representative. Perhaps he is better off in a different department - at least the manager in the store should be aware of how his staff behave. 🙄 I forgot to clip the digital coupon when I checked out - so I was billed $5. I talked to the nice lady by the self check out - and she directed me to the customer service. Ramy was there - and boy does he gave the word SULLEN a new meaning. Never had I ever interact with someone that is not smiling nor helpful in my life before. And in my limited interaction with the customer service in this store - it has always been neutral or positive. I explained to him what happened - feels like I am explaining the situation to an unreceptive warden (I am STILL the customer but I was trying to be nice here). I showed the price on the digital app - he scanned it but the $3 price did not pop up - But this guy just told me that its a different product (it is not) and there is nothing he can do (yes you can - you can check it out and verify that - you just don't want to help me) - the least helpful attitude from this guy. I am NOT going to be bothered with $2 but I did walked back to the ladies at the checkout and told them that the guy at the customer service really need an attitude check. I went back to the aisle where the product is - and sure enough it says $1 per box using digital coupon. I am not going to go back and lose my dignity and be treated like crap over $2 but I did express my opinion to the cashiers and one of the cashiers - an ultra nice african american lady - said that she can helped me with that. She cancel the sale - return me $5, rang up the sale with the digital coupon - but it did not registered but she gave the benefit of doubt that it might not registered on the system - and charge me $3 for the products. (Now was that hard to do - Ramy?) Perhaps this guy Ramy should be assigned a position where he does not have to interact with people because he is not doing this store any justice by behaving in such manners. It is really a pity.

  I love this Acme. I shop here on a regular basis and it has just about everything you need, it's clean, and they always have great deals especially if you use their App and clip the coupons. Their deli is great and they have great produce. I highly recommend this Acme. Keep up the good work Acme!

  This ACME on river road in Edgewater is horrible!, they never have your favorite heallthy juice and healthy foods in stock, I walk in and walk out, I would never recommend this place to anyone, dont waste your time gas to this place, you try other ACME in other locations👎
