  Please do not waste your time coming here in the morning, especially before work. They lose your order in the mix and will have you standing there forever and when you say something the male gives you an attitude.

  I’m leaving a 3 star review in hopes they inform their employees to please wear hair nets or tie their hair back properly. My sister and I ordered food and I found a long black knotted hair in my food on my first bite. I thought maybe it could have been mine but then I took another bite and found yet another hair. I did not say anything and ate my hashbrowns instead because mistakes happen. Fast forward two days later my sister goes and orders again and finds ANOTHER hair in her food. It is so important and to be hygienic and clean in fast food or any food business. This is the best local dunkin but to find hair in your food on two occasions is such a turn off.

  This morning I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered a signature latte with oat milk. I said oat milk twice because I figured she didn’t listen to me because she wasn’t paying me much attention when I received the drink. I looked at the tag and it said oat milk so I proceeded to drink it and immediately as I drink it and swallow it I realize that this is not oat milk I went to the counter and I said to them hey this is not oat milk. I ordered oat milk. She held it in her hand, looked around spoken a different language so the gentleman who made the drink and said something with oat milk she proceeded to make the drink herself he giggled. She giggled as if it’s funny. This is very rude. I don’t understand what is so funny about the situation. She makes me the drink. She handed back to me. I tell her about how I feel calmly. Hey, I don’t know what’s so funny but I have an allergy. The regular milk is gonna affect my stomach. That’s why I ordered oat milk. I asked you twice When I walked out of the store with my daughter. A lady who was in there, came up to me and said the minute you walked out the door they started laughing like it’s funny. I’ve had continuous issues here. I really think that you should maybe report it because there’s nothing funny about someone having a food allergy. I’m going to bedealing with this further completely. Unacceptable.
