  i ordered a biggie meal with REGULAR NUGGETS and only got the chicken sandwich and small fry. WASTE OF MY MONEY IF MY FOOD IS NOT ALL IN MY BAG

  They aren't upholding what Wendy's cooperate is advertising. They seem rude and lazy lol. I didnt waste my time and just went to the other location and they did it just fine for me

  The WORST service. Stay away! Heavy set red headed woman with curly heart in the drive through was so rude. As we pulled up to the drive through, she didn’t even let us get a word out and said she couldn’t serve us because we supposedly stopped in the drive through lane to place our order. We did not. Last time I checked parking lot area adjacent to the drive though does not count as part of it. Nonetheless, we apologized politely and said we understood. But she kept going over and over again, saying she had a right not to serve us. We were nothing but polite the whole time. We held our tongues hoping, she would let it go. Common courtesy and basic manners should be required in customer service. As someone who bartended for 10 years, I should know. Come on, Wendy’s! Train your people better.
