  Don’t ever come here no respect for customers and over charged me 9$ by adding order it’s own. And lady very rude at the window. Came to get happy meal for my kids.and she throw the catchup packets on me.

  Pulled up to the drive-thru and was met with the energy of someone mad I interrupted his break… by ordering food. No greeting, no patience, just attitude through a crackling speaker like I was inconveniencing him by existing. I don’t expect five-star dining from McDonald’s, but basic respect shouldn’t be extra. Leo clearly clocked in physically, but mentally he was anywhere else.

  The fries were actually cold when we got them and I ordered a double cheeseburger but got only one 😭

  The workers are very rude and not at all friendly! You don't feel like going shopping when you see those angry faces. Bad experience all the time

  I usually have such a good experience here, but today that all changed… I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal at the drive-through and when I was handed my food, there were no fries. I asked for this to be corrected and I was rudely asked for my receipt, which I explained was also not correctly corresponding with what I ordered I had no problem paying for fries at the price they would come with a meal, because that’s what I ordered; however the young lady insisted on charging me the à la carte price and did so with a very strongly rude attitude. She then proceeded to attempt to explain that they can’t just hand out food and essentially accuse me of trying to steal. I then reported her to her manager who expressed shock at her behavior because she’s apparently new?! I’m quite surprised (in a negative way) that Someone so new to a job would feel it’s okay to cop an attitude when even long term employees that have there for 10+ years would never even dream of doing that. I really hope this girl is fired so she learns from this behavior and has more respect for the patrons at her next job. I understand work is stressful. I’m a mechanic! I’d never take my frustration out on a customer or their vehicle, therefore, her frustration should not be taken out on me or my food. Every employee besides her is very kind, helpful, patient and overall friendly. She’s obviously not a good fit and having her here is running the risk of losing valuable customers.
